Personal Injury Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution or trial.

• Perform comprehensive case investigations and gather robust evidentiary support.

• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Strategically negotiate with insurance firms and opposing legal representatives.

• Prepare for and advocate for clients in court when required.

• Formulate case strategies designed to enhance client outcomes.

• Remain updated on legal developments, case law, and regulatory changes.

• Mentor and assist junior attorneys and legal personnel.

• Contribute to enhancing client experiences and initiatives for firm growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized law school.

• Active legal license in Nebraska and/or Iowa.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.

• Demonstrated capability to achieve favorable case outcomes and settlements.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thought processes.

• Capacity to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team.

• Experience with legal research tools and case management software.
