This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review new MLS listings daily, filtering them according to the predefined buy box criteria.
• Identify qualified properties for the principal to assess and make offers on.
• Maintain a disciplined daily routine to ensure no qualifying deals are overlooked.
• Organize and track sourced properties, offer statuses, and deal pipeline activities systematically.
• Oversee calendar management, scheduling, and planning for the principal and his team across various companies.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments while safeguarding time for critical deal activities.
• Proactively address scheduling conflicts to keep the principal's agenda organized and efficient.
• Manage the principal's inbox daily, prioritizing deal flow, urgent items, and key relationships.
• Accurately draft and send emails on behalf of the principal, ensuring the appropriate tone is used.
• Keep abreast of ongoing deal communications to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
• Make phone calls to agents, vendors, contractors, title companies, and other stakeholders on behalf of the principal.
• Accurately manage payroll across multiple companies and ensure it is processed on time.
• Conduct daily reviews of financial transactions across the businesses.
• Provide comprehensive personal support to the principal's wife for any business or personal needs.
• Act as the essential connector across various companies, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Identify and address minor operational issues before they escalate into larger problems.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-trust support position.
• Proficient in using Gmail / Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, and ClickUp as the team's central tool.
• Strong numerical accuracy, comfortable handling payroll, financial reviews, and transaction-level details.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, capable of managing calls with agents, vendors, and contractors professionally.
• Proven reliability and discretion in previous roles, especially concerning sensitive financial or personal information.
• Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote work environment.
