This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage inbox and calendar operations across at least five active calendars, encompassing personal, family, and various professional areas.
• Develop systems and processes from the ground up while simultaneously handling daily tasks — without waiting for comprehensive documentation.
• Handle high-volume, time-sensitive communications across multiple inboxes with a keen sense of prioritization.
• Anticipate needs before they are expressed and take proactive action — rather than reactive measures.
• Organize logistics within a busy entrepreneurial household, including scheduling, follow-ups, and cross-domain task management.
• Independently resolve technical issues and maintain full accountability for your tools and workspace.
• Produce high-quality outputs such as daily briefs, preparation materials, and communications on behalf of the principal.
• Maintain regular communication rhythms with the executive through consistent check-ins that foster accountability and context.
• Comfortable working from guidelines rather than strict rules — you adapt based on context, not merely instructions.
• A proactive builder and doer — you're driven by establishing structure where it’s lacking, and you remain engaged once it’s in place.
• Anticipatory — you think three steps ahead and take action without needing prompts.
• Technically self-sufficient — you manage your setup and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Strong communicator — precise, proactive, and never hesitating to clarify when necessary.
• Energized by variety and complexity, rather than unsettled by it.
• Significant executive assistant experience — virtual or in-person — supporting senior leaders or multi-principal environments.
• Proven history of managing personal and professional calendars simultaneously for a busy executive or household.
• Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial setting is highly preferred.
• Personal experience in managing the logistics of a busy household — including children's schedules, family coordination, and juggling multiple competing priorities — is a substantial advantage.
• Up to $1800/month based on experience.
• Annual bonus of up to 150% of one month's salary, contingent upon quarterly performance evaluations.
• 13th month pay.
• Performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive HMO policy, including coverage for dependents.
• Annual continuing education budget to support professional development.
