This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Answer incoming calls and alarms by determining the type of assistance needed and coordinating prompt and suitable support in line with established protocols and procedures.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and compassionate manner, resulting in a high standard of customer service.
• Acquire requested updates to Subscriber data and confirm that revisions are accurately entered into the designated data management system, Mastermind.
• Carry out off-phone tasks as necessary, including work related to the call back queue, in compliance with established protocols.
• Diagnose maintenance alarms when applicable, as well as home communicator issues, to maintain the Subscriber’s service as functional and uninterrupted.
• Meet departmental criteria for after-call work, average handle time, and case quality.
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and practices.
• Complete all mandatory training within the designated timeframes.
• Exhibit behaviors that foster a productive, supportive, and caring work environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; evidence of GED is mandatory.
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• A professional and courteous telephone demeanor.
• Proficiency in English with outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Competency in computer and Microsoft Windows skills, including the capability to navigate various systems, utilize standard office applications, accurately enter data, and troubleshoot routine technology issues with minimal guidance.
• A strong sense of compassion and empathy for elderly and medically at-risk individuals is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage routine and repetitive tasks at varying speeds.
• Capacity to remain composed in high-stress situations.
• Successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, CORI checks, and fingerprinting.
