Personal Cruise Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive sales to direct consumers by making calls, responding to leads and prospects, assessing travel requirements, showcasing Norwegian Cruise Line offerings, and providing travel suggestions.

• Build and sustain high-quality customer relationships through outstanding customer service, rapport establishment, identifying and fulfilling customer needs, retention initiatives, and follow-up.

• Successfully close sales and achieve or surpass revenue targets.

• Foster and maintain connections with both new and existing consumers.

• Keep track of consumer prospect lists and contact databases to recognize client travel patterns.

• Actively promote and sell Norwegian Cruise Line products based on clients' travel backgrounds.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the industry and company to effectively describe cruise product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and additional shipboard amenities.

• Attend and contribute to daily team meetings and relevant sales training sessions.

• Engage in department-approved mass email campaigns aimed at specific guest profiles.

• Execute other job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least one year of sales experience.

• Preferred: Two years of sales experience.

• Cruise sales experience is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills for interacting with direct guests via telephone and internally.

• Strong understanding of Norwegian Cruise Line products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries.

• Capability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, goal-oriented, and quota-driven sales environment.
