• Generate around 12–15 creative concepts each week for various brands.
• Utilize UGC footage, testimonials, product demonstrations, B-roll, and existing creative materials.
• Develop native, organic-first edits that are optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Implement direct response editing strategies that include:
• Scroll-stopping hooks.
• Benefit stacking.
• Credibility layering.
• Fast-paced retention editing.
• Strong call-to-action (CTA) implementation.
• Provide multiple creative variations for testing purposes.
• Source and manage footage from internal asset libraries.
• Employ AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Descript, AI captioning/subtitle tools, and other AI-assisted workflows.
• Export platform-optimized creatives ensuring correct aspect ratios, formatting, and safe zones.
• Collaborate in a dynamic startup environment with quick turnaround expectations.
• Efficiently manage revisions while overseeing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
• At least 3 years of professional experience editing paid social advertisements for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or related platforms.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating DTC/direct-response video editing expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI production tools such as ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar technologies.
• Strong grasp of direct response creative frameworks and performance-driven editing.
• Proven track record of creating native/organic-style social content.
• Ability to independently select footage and construct narratives from raw assets and creative briefs.
• Comfortable managing several projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Quick turnaround time on revisions and creative iterations.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.
• Must reside in Latin America.
