This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Edit video advertisements focused on performance for paid social platforms.
• Develop captivating direct-response creatives.
• Analyze performance data of ads and implement insights for future edits.
• Independently identify areas for enhancement in hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion elements.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing purposes.
• Collaborate with media buyers and the performance creative team.
• Quickly incorporate feedback and iterate based on results.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in social media and performance marketing.
• Extensive video editing experience focused on ads in the performance marketing sector for SaaS/App brands.
• Solid understanding of paid social advertising.
• Proven experience in creating conversion-oriented creatives.
• Ability to analyze creative performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of hooks, pacing, retention, and engagement strategies.
• A portfolio showcasing performance-driven work.
• Medium to advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with organic-style content.
• Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce.
• Experience in user-generated content (UGC) editing.
• Familiarity with the Meta advertising ecosystem.
• Experience working collaboratively with media buyers.
• Fully remote contractor position. Part-time applicants are welcome!
• Competitive full-time salary ranging from $1,500 to $2,000 USD/month, with higher compensation available for outstanding candidates!
