Video Editor, Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit high-quality videos focused on real estate for residential, builder, and commercial properties using Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Develop captivating social media content, including vertical videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, utilizing Instagram tools and trends as references.

• Work on a diverse range of video packages (Budget, Budget Plus, Standard, Prestige).

• Oversee projects and monitor tasks using ClickUp.

• Collaborate with the Director on property walkthrough and feature videos.

• Implement client feedback and deliver revisions promptly and accurately.

• Source licensed music that aligns with project style and client preferences.

• Transform existing footage into engaging content suitable for social media.

• Maintain and organize video assets and stock libraries.

• Adhere to established style guidelines and reference samples to ensure uniformity.

• Work closely with videographers to facilitate seamless project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in editing videos for the real estate, architecture, or commercial marketing sectors.

• Ideally, 2–3 years of video editing experience.

• Strong proficiency in any video editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.

• Exceptional skills in color grading and color correction.

• Capability to produce compelling short-form and long-form video content.

• Keen attention to detail paired with a strong narrative sense.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for contemporary social media trends.

• Experience in producing content for agents, property listings, or real estate brands.

• Ability to transform raw footage into polished, professional-grade content.

• Experience working in a fast-paced content delivery environment with tight deadlines.

• Capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Proactive communicator who can collaborate during business hours as needed.

• Reliable internet connection along with strong communication skills.

• Professional, adaptable, and easy to collaborate with.

• Experience in motion graphics or After Effects is a plus.
