This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Edit high-performing paid social advertisements for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create direct-response style creatives that are optimized for both performance and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Develop compelling hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and calls to action (CTAs) that drive conversions.
• Quickly produce and iterate numerous ad variations for testing purposes.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and the growth team to enhance performance.
• Analyze successful creatives and replicate scalable patterns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in TikTok, Meta, and short-form creative content.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience editing ads for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands.
• A strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives.
• Experience in editing for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social media.
• A deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
• A strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling techniques.
• Experience with AI tools for creative production, editing, scripting, voiceovers, or managing workflows.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage a high volume of creative output.
• Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
