This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Creation of high-impact advertisements for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and others.
• Development of variations for hooks (the initial 0–3 seconds often determine success).
• Design of creative content.
• Execution of user-generated content, motion graphics, and hybrid advertisements.
• Quick editing with a well-defined structure (Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA).
• Application of kinetic typography, overlays, zoom effects, and pattern interruptions.
• Refinement of existing ads based on performance analytics.
• Close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
• Demonstrated experience in performance advertising (TikTok / Meta).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Capability to produce rapid, impactful edits (not focused on cinematic style).
• Knowledge of hook mechanics and viewer retention strategies.
• Experience with subtitles, bold captions, and visual triggers.
• Metrics-driven approach (CTR, hook rate, watch time).
• Ability to generate a large volume of content efficiently.
• Independent and organized work style.
