This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• As a Performance Strategist in our Performance department (performance marketing), you will ensure Thrive achieves optimal performance by establishing effective processes, implementing best practices, and nurturing growth within your team in both technical and strategic domains.
• Your objective will be to design and execute project growth initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and embody our company's philosophy.
• You will concentrate on equipping your team for success by improving the systems utilized to build, maintain, and enhance client relationships through ongoing refinement of philosophies, programs, policies, and processes.
• Acknowledged as a rising leader in performance marketing at Thrive, you will address client challenges, enhance team capabilities, and drive program growth by empowering teams to excel in their projects and professional development.
• You will organize and facilitate high-impact client relationship initiatives, such as client onboarding and business reviews, while employing the latest and most innovative methods and tools to achieve successful results.
• You will elevate the capabilities of those you work with directly and indirectly, delivering best-in-class solutions to projects through strategic thinking and execution. You will support the professional growth of team members to enhance the company’s performance expertise.
• You will foster a culture of project excellence within the Performance department by guiding daily interactions, developing initiatives, and aligning individual contributions with organizational objectives. You will monitor team workflow and utilize business intelligence tools to optimize personnel and project allocation.
• You have successfully executed, planned, and managed multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing accounts with a monthly media spend of $200k+ USD, achieving a consistently positive ROI for clients across various platforms simultaneously (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic Platforms, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify, and others).
• You possess experience in directly collaborating with and delegating tasks to junior team members as a senior account manager. You have played a role in developing multiple team members by leading training sessions and providing strategic direction and project leadership, helping them advance to the next level of seniority or role.
• You have advanced analytical skills and are proficient in using visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms to extract, organize, analyze, and derive insights from ad platforms, analytics, and/or business intelligence tools.
• You have managed performance media across a variety of business sectors and sizes (ecommerce, demand generation, etc.), and have been accountable for pacing, forecasting, and reporting the effects of performance media on overarching business objectives.
• You have effectively managed client and/or key stakeholder relationships (across various levels of seniority) through weekly meetings, quarterly business presentations, and asynchronous communication channels (Slack, email, Asana, etc.). You have navigated challenging stakeholder situations, maintaining organized priorities and aligned objectives while consistently securing buy-in on strategic proposals or deliverables.
• You have communicated effectively with clients regarding marketing concepts such as incrementality, KPI selection, attribution, and business economics, and have integrated marketing measurement considerations into your strategic methodologies.
