This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Performance & Brandformance Analysis: Integrate data from various sources to evaluate the effects of marketing initiatives on both business and brand metrics.

• Technical Autonomy: Retrieve and manipulate data using SQL directly from the database (BigQuery).

• Data Visualization: Create and sustain performance monitoring dashboards (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).

• Influence & Storytelling: Convert complex analyses into clear presentations for executive audiences.

• Governance Routines: Ensure effective coordination of performance governance routines in collaboration with partner teams.

• Methodological Innovation: Design and experiment with new measurement techniques and assist in automating team processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Skilled in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).

• Advanced expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical capabilities combined with business insight.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to executives.

• Capacity to lead through influence.

• Prior experience in technology, market intelligence, or commercial performance is advantageous.

• Background in the retail and/or franchising industry.
