This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You will develop, manage, and enhance performance marketing campaigns, focusing primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• You consider the bigger picture beyond individual campaigns, including audiences, funnels, user journeys, conversion optimization, and providing clear recommendations for our clients.
• You will proactively engage with clients, crafting intelligent solutions while keeping their objectives at the forefront—transparently, thoughtfully, and responsibly.
• You will collaborate closely with our web and content team to design effective landing pages and optimize conversion flows.
• Alongside our tech team, you will establish clean tracking configurations (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Events, Custom Conversions).
• You will contribute your own insights, experiment with new strategies, and assist in the ongoing development of our internal standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• A thorough understanding of campaign mechanics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• A structured, independent work approach combined with a passion for comprehensive project management.
• A willingness to take on responsibility, openness to constructive feedback, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience with Tripadvisor Ads, knowledge of conversion optimization and landing page design, familiarity with Microsoft Teams and awork, basic understanding of WordPress or Canva, and experience in the hotel or tourism industry.
