Performance Marketing Manager – E-Commerce, Native Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage and optimize Native Ads campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain.

• You will develop scalable growth strategies throughout the entire funnel.

• You will analyze campaign data and derive optimizations.

• You will collaborate closely with Creative, Copy, and CRO experts.

• You will take responsibility for projects and the expansion of the Native Ads sector.

• You will enhance processes and assume leadership responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with Taboola or Outbrain.

• Experience in independently managing larger advertising budgets.

• Understanding of the entire funnel – from Creative to Conversion.

• Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• A desire to take on responsibility and actively contribute to building a sector.
