This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of reporting for affiliate and partnerships channels, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards that track clicks, conversions, CPA, revenue, and ROI; analyze data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Act as the main point of contact for all affiliate and strategic partners (publishers, networks, sub-networks, technology platforms); conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, align on objectives, and identify avenues for growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates in line with business growth goals; negotiate commission structures, promotional placements, and performance incentives to enhance partner value and ROI.
• Execute incrementality testing and attribution analysis to accurately measure the affiliate channel's contribution and prevent cannibalization; monitor for fraudulent activities and ensure traffic quality.
• Collaborate with SEM, Paid Social, Display, and other paid media channel owners to assess and optimize the overall paid media mix; contribute to discussions on integrated budget allocation utilizing efficiency metrics.
• Plan and implement affiliate/partnership promotional campaigns, which include seasonal pushes, product launches, and co-marketing initiatives; create creative briefs and manage affiliate assets that drive conversions.
• Create an annual affiliate/partnerships channel roadmap with growth targets and program enhancements; regularly present channel performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee affiliate platform operations, including link management, tracking pixel implementation, commission configuration, and evaluation of affiliate management platforms (e.g., TUNE/HasOffers, Cake, Everflow).
• Create and maintain forecasting models to project channel performance and assist in budget planning; establish SOPs for affiliate program management to facilitate scalability.
• Uphold and enforce brand safety standards; ensure all affiliate placements adhere to brand guidelines, FTC disclosure requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• 3–6 years of practical experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a performance marketing or DTC/e-commerce context.
• Proven experience managing affiliate programs using affiliate management platforms such as HasOffers/TUNE, Cake, Everflow, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, along with experience using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with cross-channel paid media strategies and understanding of SEM, Paid Social, and Display channel dynamics.
• Documented success in growing an affiliate program through partner recruitment, relationship management, and data-driven optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of attribution models, tracking methodologies (pixels, postbacks, SKAdNetwork), and incrementality measurement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present data and strategies to stakeholders.

• Experience with SQL for data querying and self-service analytics.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or a highly regulated sector.
• Previous experience working within an integrated paid media team environment.
• Knowledge of FTC disclosure guidelines and best practices for affiliate compliance.
