This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead Demand Generation and Pipeline Expansion for SFO: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various performance channels (digital, paid media, email, web, etc.) to enhance brand visibility, generate high-value leads, and accelerate pipeline growth within the Single Family Office segment.
• Collaborative Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure alignment on messaging and content strategies for effective market communication.
• Campaign Optimization Utilizing Data: Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to effectively track campaign performance, provide clear data insights, and offer strategic recommendations for enhancements.
• Implement High-Impact Marketing Initiatives: Organize an influential array of digital activations, content distribution, and bespoke event/roundtable marketing efforts geared towards ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) communities.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SFO Segment: Cultivate and sustain an in-depth knowledge of family office market trends, integration needs, and persona challenges, acting as the team's SME on leveraging these insights within growth campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
• Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the financial technology, wealth management, or software sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading and executing performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Strong project management capabilities, particularly in managing multiple growth marketing projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships with internal sales teams and external stakeholders.
• Innovative problem solver with a strategic mindset and a data-informed approach.
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
