Performance Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.

• Assess campaign performance and evaluate key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

• Perform audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.

• Create and implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to boost campaign performance and enhance lead quality.

• Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.

• Prepare regular performance reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Monitor customer acquisition funnels and identify areas for optimization.

• Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.

• Assist in lead generation, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.

• Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agency environments is a plus.

• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools is advantageous.
