Performance Manager, Demand Gen, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Propel project excellence within Performance Programs by implementing growth strategies.

• Supervise the success of key brands and partnerships, including well-known household names.

• Mentor and nurture team members while providing constructive feedback and support.

• Improve performance marketing through leadership of company-wide initiatives and discussions.

• Work in close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders for effective project planning and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing.

• Demonstrated experience managing media budgets over $500k USD monthly.

• Experience with multi-channel, full-funnel marketing campaigns.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau.

• Background in leading teams and mentoring junior staff members.

• Strong client management abilities, including making strategic recommendations and effective communication.

• Capacity to innovate and tackle complex challenges in performance marketing.
