This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture relationships with external clients, ensuring that their needs are a priority in all decisions and activities.
• Take ownership of client relationships on behalf of the company and serve as an advocate for client needs within the organization.
• Safeguard revenue, retain clients, enhance product usage, and uncover opportunities for additional products and accounts.
• Promote and upsell product features to drive revenue growth across the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with fellow Performance Managers to deliver seamless experiences for clients utilizing multiple products.
• Independently oversee the progress and outcomes of assigned accounts.
• Engage clients through onsite visits and virtual screen-sharing sessions to boost product utilization and refine business processes.
• Build connections with dealership personnel at all levels.
• Identify clients at risk of churn and devise action plans to preserve relationships.
• Recognize obstacles and key issues that hinder clients from achieving their business goals.
• Utilize problem-solving and strategic thinking to help clients reach their objectives.
• Guide clients in harnessing product capabilities to fulfill their business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate account performance and trends, adjusting dealer expectations and objectives as necessary.
• Keep an eye on client system alerts and emergencies, responding promptly as needed.
• Enhance processes and systems through conceptual thinking, analysis, and interpretation during client interactions.
• Stay informed about product releases and enhancements.
• Travel for in-market engagements, including overnight and occasional weekend commitments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience, or a combination of a master's degree with 2 years' experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of experience in a related area.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Safe driving record with the ability to drive responsibly.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in retail automotive is preferred.
• Experience in roles such as General Manager, General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, BDC Manager, or similar is preferred.
• Proven capability to influence change within a dealership.
• Direct experience in desking deals in a retail automotive setting.
• Solid working knowledge and experience in retail automotive.
• Broad skill set through software utilization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, screen-sharing technologies, and relevant software systems.
• Effective communication skills with all levels within an automotive dealership or dealer group.
• Ability to maintain audience engagement during communications.
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to identify problems and risks from a distance.
• Skill in asking open-ended questions that encourage thoughtful disruption.
• Capacity to work remotely and nearly autonomously under moderate supervision.
• Ability to adhere to departmental standard practices and procedures.
• Willingness to collaborate using remote technologies.
• Eagerness to learn complex technology.
• Basic understanding of web-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including in-market, overnight, and occasional weekend travel.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
• Annual incentive/commission target of $27,000.00.
