This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create high-performing static and motion assets for Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.

• Develop conversion-focused ad creatives, including:

• Construct ad toolkits that merge Stonehenge's brand credibility with direct response urgency.

• Design attention-grabbing, benefit-oriented, and performance-driven creatives.

• Produce impactful overlays, hooks, captions, and framing to boost UGC conversion.

• Keep abreast of effective strategies in DTC paid media (Meta + TikTok trends, formats, angles).

• Actively participate in creative ideation, focusing on both execution and innovation.

• Edit and refine short-form performance video assets for paid social channels.

• Utilize software such as CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools to:

• Ensure video creatives align with Stonehenge's trust-first wellness positioning.

• Design Amazon-specific conversion assets for critical placements and campaign moments.

• Generate high-performing creatives for:

• Ensure message consistency between Amazon ads → PDP → A+ content experience.

• Collaborate with Amazon Growth stakeholders to refine creatives based on marketplace performance indicators.

• Drive swift creative iteration cycles informed by CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics.

• Develop organized design variations across:

• Contribute to a systematic, creative testing roadmap that scales insights across channels.

• Design conversion-oriented email templates for campaigns, automations/flows, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

• Construct modular email systems optimized for:

• Balancing Stonehenge's premium wellness brand with direct response performance principles.

• Create repeatable frameworks that facilitate high-output creative production.

• Maintain organized Figma libraries, reusable components, and templated design blocks.

• Ensure systems support speed without compromising quality or consistency.

• Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, UGC, and Brand teams.

• Assist in launches, sprints, and seasonal campaign execution across various channels.

• Articulate design rationale through performance insights rather than subjective opinions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in design for DTC brands (preferably in wellness, supplements, or CPG).

• At least 2 years in a performance-focused creative role emphasizing paid media conversion.

• A proven portfolio showcasing high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or Amazon.

• Experience in designing lifecycle email templates that yield measurable results.

• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Comfortable with video editing software such as CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, or similar.

• In-depth understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques.

• Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices and creative limitations.

• A keen awareness of current DTC paid social and TikTok creative trends.

• Experience in designing for Amazon marketplace growth (DSP, sponsored placements, Storefronts).

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Experience in designing within regulated wellness categories where trust and compliance are critical is a plus.
