• Develop engaging design assets that are informed by data
• Create motion graphics and video content tailored for social media platforms
• Transform existing video materials into effective advertising units
• Work collaboratively with media and content teams
• Assist Directive's marketing efforts with innovative creative assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials
• Partner with teams to align with business objectives
• Design and execute A/B tests utilizing conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools
• Perform user research and usability testing
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• 1 year of experience in motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
• Basic experience in video editing and motion graphics with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, including A/B Testing
• Eager to keep up with industry trends
