• Take ownership of the full analysis process across the organization: define the question, gather and verify the data, conduct the analysis, and arrive at a definitive conclusion.
• Evaluate business and operational performance across various sectors; identify and quantify the factors influencing changes in orders, revenue, profit margins, and customer behavior.
• Perform in-depth investigations into performance trends and issues, distinguishing meaningful signals from noise and diagnosing the fundamental root cause rather than just addressing symptoms.

• Conduct analyses on unit economics, profitability, cohort performance, retention, and trends across customer segments, order types, and business initiatives.

• Assist in a wide array of analytical projects and exploratory analysis as business priorities shift.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical capacity within technology, marketplaces, operations, finance, or management consulting.

• A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to analysis, combined with the business acumen to identify which figures are genuinely significant.
