Per Diem Practice Coach – Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the growth aspirations of our clients by implementing Benco's Practice Coaching curriculum focused on essential business and leadership systems.

• Tailor learning objectives and deliverables to fulfill the requirements of dentists and their dental office teams.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance the curriculum and develop modules for effective remote education.

• Conduct practice assessments to identify opportunities within dental practices and facilitate the sales of our programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Registered Dental Hygienist.

• 1-3 years of experience in dental business or practice management.

• Capability to work up to 16 hours per week and deliver coaching in person.
