Peoplesoft Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain PeopleSoft applications and their interfaces

• Engage in organization-wide projects focused on Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor

• Create and maintain integrations with external systems utilizing Integration Broker and web services

• Execute custom development using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, and COBOL SQL

• Implement and support the Approval Workflow Engine, Fluid UI, Work Centers, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids

• Utilize Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, and job scheduling tools for ongoing development and maintenance

• Collaborate effectively with functional analysts and business users

• Develop and uphold technical documentation and development standards

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of relevant experience

• Practical experience with PeopleSoft v9.2+

• Extensive development expertise in Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor

• Strong proficiency with PeopleTools 8.55+

• Skilled in PeopleCode, SQR, and COBOL SQL

• Experience with Application Engine and Application Packages

• Familiarity with Integration Broker and web services

• Background in Approval Workflow Engine, Fluid UI, Pivot Grids, and Activity Guides

• Knowledgeable in Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, and job scheduling

• Experience in developing and maintaining interfaces with external systems

• Comfortable working within enterprise-wide project settings

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Essential skills include: NA Payroll, Core HR, and Time & Labor
