PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements pertaining to PeopleSoft applications and Oracle platforms.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.

• Support development and administration teams in configuring and customizing applications to meet organizational requirements.

• Design and document system architectures effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with other enterprise systems seamlessly.

• Partner with quality assurance teams to guarantee the reliability and precision of software solutions.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft applications, providing prompt and effective support.

• Work alongside technical teams to address and alleviate post-implementation challenges.

• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including system design specifications, configuration details, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team members are adequately prepared to manage PeopleSoft systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Must hold a Public Trust or Department of Defense (DOD) Clearance, with the capability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.

• Security+ certification required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst with an emphasis on PeopleSoft applications.

• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules, configuration tools, and development methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience as a Systems Analyst.

• Prior experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft applications is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
