This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver Level 1–2 support for HR systems, integrations, and HR service management tools.
• Investigate and resolve issues of low to moderate complexity concerning HR processes, workflows, permissions, interfaces, and employee data.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for HR Technology and Projects, analyze case drivers, root causes, and system defects, and facilitate operational prioritization.
• Oversee and analyze the HR solutions roadmap, including new releases, and maintain the enhancement backlog.
• Assist users with system navigation, transactions, approvals, and troubleshooting.
• Track integration errors and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams and vendors.
• Conduct routine system administration and data maintenance tasks.
• Support testing activities for releases, patches, and enhancements.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to architects, product owners, or technical teams as necessary.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR systems support, HR operations, or IT support environments.
• Familiarity with supporting SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, and HR integrations.
• Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, employee data changes, time management, recruiting, or talent processes.
• Basic knowledge of integrations, interfaces, or ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer support abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
