This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our HRIS systems, including HiBob.
• Oversee system configurations, automations, integrations, and workflows throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports pertaining to headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and people analytics.
• Perform regular data audits and system clean-ups to maintain data integrity and accuracy across platforms.
• Review onboarding data between HiBob and Paycom to detect and rectify discrepancies.
• Create standard and ad hoc HR reports to fulfill business and leadership requirements.
• Discover opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Draft and update SOPs, job aids, training materials, and user communications.
• Keep the job description catalog in HiBob accurate across various roles and locations.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking and annual compensation planning initiatives.
• Act as the initial point of contact for HR systems support, troubleshooting, and reporting inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to facilitate integrations and system improvements.
• 5–7 years of direct HRIS administration experience.
• Familiarity with HiBob or a similar enterprise HRIS platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Capability to convert technical concepts into user-friendly instructions for non-technical users.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global setting.
• Collaborative, customer-service-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR.
• Nice to have: Experience with both HiBob and Paycom.
• Nice to have: Background in supporting HR operations across various countries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
