This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough evaluations of existing People processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and create scalable, error-resistant workflows.

• Serve as the primary contact for intricate Workday configurations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

• Enhance ticketing queue management and resolution protocols to elevate the internal employee service experience.

• Execute regular, systematic audits of People Operations transactions to guarantee data accuracy, adherence to procedures, and system integrity.

• Examine audit results to conduct root-cause analysis and devise automated safeguards that avert future data entry mistakes.

• Create and uphold a centralized repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and training materials.

• Spearhead the rollout of new operational models, ensuring that all AI-driven processes are transparent and auditable.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a shared services or operations capacity.

• Proven track record in leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Familiarity with low-code AI platforms for developing custom solutions.

• Strong expertise in HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
