People Operations AI & Automation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough evaluations of existing People processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and create scalable, error-resistant workflows.

• Serve as the primary contact for complex Workday configurations, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the system.

• Improve ticketing queue management and resolution procedures to enhance the internal employee service experience.

• Conduct regular and systematic audits of People Operations transactions to verify data accuracy, compliance with procedures, and system integrity.

• Analyze audit results to identify root causes and design automated safeguards to prevent future data entry mistakes.

• Create and maintain a centralized repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and training materials.

• Oversee the implementation of new operational models, ensuring transparency and auditability in all AI-driven processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a shared services or operations role.

• Proven track record in leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Experience with low-code AI platforms to create tailored solutions.

• Strong expertise in HRIS systems, with a preference for Workday.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
