This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Leadership management: Direct and nurture supervisors, enhancing team dynamics, ensuring process continuity, and promoting talent development.

• People and process management: Supervise HR subsystems such as recruitment and selection, training and development, as well as payroll and personnel administration, aiding the company's growth and organization.

• Financial and strategic management: Oversee the budget and forecasting cycle, track financial indicators, and assist in investment and return-on-investment evaluations.

• Digital transformation and data: Champion initiatives for process automation, system integration, and the adoption of technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Governance and compliance: Ensure the implementation of action plans, alignment with board directives, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

• Postgraduate: MBA or specialization in Business Management, Finance, Controllership, Strategic Management, or related areas. A Master’s or PhD will be regarded as an advantage.

• Technology and data: Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI or Looker, experienced in process automation, system integration, and the application of technology solutions in management.

• Management methodologies: Familiarity with management tools and methodologies including PDCA, SWOT, 5W2H, and process analysis.

• Professional experience: Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary leadership positions, managing teams and processes, and spearheading organizational and digital transformation initiatives.
