This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist managers in understanding performance metrics, providing feedback, and managing team dynamics.
β’ Act as the initial contact for employee inquiries and sensitive matters.
β’ Manage and oversee essential people systems, including performance cycles and engagement follow-up.
β’ Provide coaching and guidance to managers.
β’ Support employees during significant moments and decision-making processes.
β’ Ensure that policies are implemented transparently, consistently, and equitably.
β’ Facilitate the execution of performance review cycles.
β’ Monitor progress, guarantee completion, and maintain documentation for calibration.
β’ Collaborate closely with our HR Operations team.
β’ 2-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles.
β’ Proven experience directly supporting managers in performance management and employee relations.
β’ Familiarity with managing or assisting in core people processes such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, or leave/LOA coordination.
β’ Strong judgment in handling sensitive and ambiguous situations.
β’ Capability to coach managers with both honesty and empathy.
β’ Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.
β’ Ability to influence without formal authority and ensure accountability among others.
β’ Competitive compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and location.
