People Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of extensive and intricate datasets utilizing advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and SQL queries to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.

• Interpret the analyzed data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

• Create interactive dashboards and reports with the use of Power BI and Visier.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp their requirements and develop tailored visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and KPIs.

• Design and execute sophisticated Power Pivot data models.

• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into a centralized data repository using Power Query.

• Cleanse and transform data with advanced formulas to ensure precision and consistency.

• Establish monitoring systems to assess the performance and effectiveness of data analytics initiatives.

• Formulate advanced calculations and measures utilizing Power Pivot.

• Recognize areas for improvement and propose solutions to boost efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, and IT professionals to provide insights that align with business objectives.

• Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

• Identify chances to enhance data analysis processes and deliver significant insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

• BA/BS degree along with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• Proficient in Advanced Excel, including complex formula development, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.

• Expertise in Visier and Power BI for the creation of interactive dashboards and reports.

• Experience using Power Query and Power Pivot.

• Familiarity with Workday Reporting is an advantage.

• Strong SQL proficiency, covering data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.

• Understanding of data modeling principles and experience with database management systems.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
