This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Work alongside functional leaders and business analysts to accurately outline test scope and criteria.

• Review technical documents and configuration specifications to pinpoint essential test scenarios.

• Conduct calculation tests, confirm results, and document any anomalies discovered.

• Update and improve the test suite in response to new features and system changes.

• Engage in calculation review sessions and team meetings to ensure configuration precision.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (development, actuarial, business) to address identified issues.

• Suggest enhancements to the verification and testing methodologies.

• A university degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance.

• Over 3 years of pertinent experience in defined benefit pension plan administration.

• Background in calculation verification and/or implementation of pension plan calculation systems.

• Proficiency in pension calculation software.

• Bilingual fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Knowledge of VBA programming is an asset.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and skill in managing priorities.
