Pension Fund Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial accounting for multiple company pension funds independently.

• Assist with intricate accounting matters pertaining to occupational pensions.

• Compile annual financial statements along with notes in compliance with Swiss GAAP FER 26.

• Execute regular closing tasks and reconciliations.

• Collaborate closely with both internal experts and external partners (such as auditors).

• Guarantee precise and prompt bookkeeping.

• Aid in the enhancement and further evolution of current accounting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to approximately 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting.

• Proven experience in the preparation of annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26.

• A completed education in finance or accounting is considered a plus.

• Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Windows 10 and Microsoft applications (including Teams).

• A structured, dependable, and self-sufficient working approach.

• Proficiency in German and a good command of French are essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
