Pediatrician – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver extensive clinical services to children and adolescents with ADHD and their families, emphasizing diagnostic and medication management.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

• Perform administrative tasks and maintain clinical documentation promptly and accurately.

• Participate in the implementation, assessment, and iterative development of programs to guarantee optimal care delivery.

• Although this is primarily a clinical role, there may be opportunities for career growth in program development and other leadership initiatives, depending on employee interests and organizational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid medical license to practice in California.

• Capable of prescribing treatment plans, including administering and managing ADHD stimulant medications.

• Board certified in Pediatrics.

• A minimum of 5 years of patient care experience is required.

• Experience working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds and a commitment to ongoing training in culturally responsive treatment methodologies.

• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on evidence-based strategies that promote healthy habits for children and families, such as sleep hygiene, nutritional guidance, and physical activity.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records and telemedicine tools to provide virtual care and assistance to families.

• Enthusiastic about joining a startup environment and eager to learn new technologies and tools.

• Preferred: Licensed in additional states or willing to obtain further licenses with support from Clarity Pediatrics Medical Group.

• Preferred: Spanish-speaking skills.
