Pediatric Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the promotion, management, and development of Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products in both hospital and office environments.

• Creating and supporting territory sales objectives within each hospital and office service area.

• Engaging in hospital negotiations and contract management.

• Overseeing new product launches.

• Managing budgets effectively.

• Possessing the ability to operate independently with a significant degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy.

• Motivated to be self-driven, actively pursuing success in achieving both short-term and long-term objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience combined with clinical experience (Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses).

• Expertise in the subject matter with strong business acumen.

• Extensive knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses.

• Familiarity with hospital departments such as NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units.
