Pedagogical Analyst – AI and Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and evaluate the project's educational materials, ensuring they are conceptually consistent, clear, and aligned with Dia Lab's methodology;

• Facilitate teacher training sessions, showcasing excellent public speaking abilities, pedagogical knowledge, and sensitivity to engage with varied school environments;

• Present at meetings and gatherings with families, introducing the project in a friendly, motivating, and accessible way;

• Engage in project events and activities, representing Dia Lab with succinct remarks and valuable contributions;

• Conduct research and listening initiatives with educators and schools, organizing and analyzing data to enhance the project and facilitate its growth into new areas;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, aiding in the ongoing enhancement of materials and participant experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent);

• Experience collaborating with educators and in classroom environments, whether as a teacher, trainer, or pedagogical support;

• Excellent public speaking capabilities and the confidence to lead trainings and presentations;

• An analytical and inquisitive mindset with the capability to explore, systematize, and interpret qualitative feedback and research;

• Strong organizational skills, proficient writing, and effective time management;
