P&C Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to members and clients, evaluate their needs, promote insurance offerings, and guide them in selecting suitable coverage.

• Generate quotes and issue insurance agreements.

• Monitor files, review renewals that necessitate specialized underwriting, and amend contracts as necessary.

• Address information inquiries and modify contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Build business partnerships to foster referrals.

• Engage, seek, solicit, and cultivate business relationships with members and clients.

• Market general insurance products and services through various distribution channels tailored to member/client requirements and existing strategies.

• Advocate for and sell property and casualty coverage to individual clients.

• Assess member/client requirements and formulate tailored solutions.

• Support existing and prospective members and clients.

• Represent the organization and assist in negotiating agreements with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• College diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of applicable experience.

• Other combinations of qualifications and pertinent experience may be taken into account.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Capability to learn swiftly and utilize technology effectively.

• Skills in complexity management, customer focus, accountability, interpersonal relations, agile learning, and technological adeptness.
