Payroll Division Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Responsible leader for enhancing market presence through targeted Payroll initiatives that generate additional revenue from both new and existing clients.

• Oversee and meet the productive sales targets of their Division on a monthly basis.

• Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors, accountable for the direct sales of Auris’s payroll solutions.

• Recruit and conduct interviews for TM and PCA candidates.

• Implement divisional communications and oversee PCA/TM activities.

• Develop Territory Managers and create business plans for them.

• Cultivate, manage, and strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external organizations.

• Provide progress reports to the VP and/or SVP.

• Ensure the successful completion of DMAP Training Phases 1, 2, and 3.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

• Successfully complete DMAP Training.

• Have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including effective public speaking skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure consistent monthly sales results.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take initiative and fulfill objectives.

• Comprehensive understanding of effectively managing the entire sales cycle.

• Strong industry knowledge along with a working understanding of the sales process.

• Aptitude for developing innovative solutions to problems.

• Proactive mindset with a robust work ethic and a customer-focused, entrepreneurial approach.

• Ability to effectively manage change.

• Capacity to work independently while maintaining the organizational culture.

• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.
