This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Provide Payroll implementation services utilizing UKG Ready.
• Collaborate with project managers and client teams to comprehend project objectives and suggest customized system configurations.
• Evaluate client business requirements and propose the most effective UKG Ready setup in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Assist clients throughout the design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of UKG Ready functionalities.
• Document system configurations and communicate recommendations clearly to clients.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous implementations and transition to go-live stages.
• Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and track progress to guarantee successful project execution.
• Support clients during the transition to long-term vendor assistance.
• Facilitate consulting sessions—both virtual and in-person—to train and guide client teams.
• Engage in project meetings and provide timely updates regarding project milestones and deliverables.
• Stay current with knowledge and certifications related to UKG Ready and its modules.
• Offer mentorship and assistance to fellow consultants within the team.
• Achieve or surpass company utilization targets.
• Execute additional tasks as designated by leadership.
• UKG Ready Core Payroll certification is preferred; however, we are willing to consider strong candidates willing to obtain certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in UKG Ready implementation or activation.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is necessary.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and effectively manage conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and common project management and video conferencing tools.
• Highly reliable with a proactive and self-directed work ethic.
• Strong dedication to professional standards and quality results.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Team-oriented with a client-centered approach.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a team or project leadership role is preferred.
• Experience as a UKG Ready system administrator or possessing additional UKG Ready certifications is preferred.
• HR or Payroll experience with relevant industry certifications is preferred.
• Business analysis or project management experience is an advantage.
