Payroll Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the complete payroll processing across multiple countries in the EMEA and APAC regions, collaborating with third-party payroll providers.

• Oversee all phases of payroll operations, which encompass data validation, payroll calculations, statutory deductions, benefit coordination, and post-payroll reconciliation.

• Review and verify changes in employee data, audit payroll outcomes, manage both on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, handle final paychecks, and oversee year-end processes.

• Collaborate with People, Benefits, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure synchronization on payroll procedures, policies, and controls.

• Stay updated on local labor law changes and ensure compliance with new regulations.

• Provide support to employees addressing inquiries related to their pay, deductions, and the payroll process.

• Assist in audits by gathering requested information for both internal and external reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in processing multi-country payrolls.

• Ability to conduct thorough reconciliations to detect discrepancies, analyze root causes, and rectify errors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• High proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in processes.

• CIPP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Ultimate Software (UltiPro, UKG) and Cloud pay for payroll processing is a plus!
