Payments Operations Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee the comprehensive operation of financial products (payins, payouts, and associated services).

• Ensure operational continuity and precise reconciliation of each flow.

• Manage and validate daily operational cuts, verifying results and ensuring the regularization of any discrepancies or rejections.

• Process the loading and exchange of operational files, guaranteeing the integrity of the information in each import/export.

• Record and safeguard evidence of all executed operations for proper document control.

• Coordinate with Customer Support to provide operational responses regarding the status of transactions or processes.

• Follow and promote information security regulations and data protection (SI, PDP, PLAFT, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, payment processes, collections, or reconciliations.

• Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, and validation of large volumes of data).

• Knowledge of banking payment processes, management of operational cuts, and payment processing platforms.

• Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading is mandatory).
