This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational workflow: Manage daily cash transactions (multi-product, multi-currency) while ensuring excellence during every cutoff, including file uploads, status tracking, account onboarding, and voucher/document oversight.
• Maintain financial integrity: Conduct weekly reconciliations in collaboration with Administration and Accounting to enhance monthly closing SLAs and proactively identify discrepancies.
• Enhance the payments ecosystem: Spot inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within payments, FX, and account onboarding procedures; assess their effects and suggest innovative solutions.
• Management oversight: Partner with both internal and external payment stakeholders to recognize and address deviations from operational goals.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Actively engage with CX, Ops, CS, and Collections teams to ensure exceptional service quality across our offerings (Factoring, FX, etc.).
• Analytical mindset: Capability to handle complex data and prioritize customer requirements effectively under pressure.
• Data proficiency: Intermediate skills in SQL and Excel (able to independently extract and manipulate data).
• Product insight: Ability to identify problems, document them, and convert them into technical use cases for the Product/Engineering teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail: Accuracy is our top priority in this role.
• Proactive disruptor: If something appears to be malfunctioning, you question it and take steps to resolve it.
• Plus: Prior experience in fintech, payment processing, or modern banking is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products (Factoring, FX, etc.).
