This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Monitor and follow up with homeowners and insurance companies regarding outstanding payments and pending balances.
• Make outbound calls to check on unpaid invoices, resolve payment delays, address objections, and secure payments.
• Assist in the preparation of supplemental documentation for underpaid or denied claims.
• Review and organize claim documents, photographs, adjuster notes, and scopes.
• Aid in drafting invoices and submitting final billing to insurance companies or homeowners.
• Keep track of the status of estimates and invoices, following up on any missing documentation or items.
• Handle sensitive financial correspondence and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM and shared file system.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced collections or outbound sales role that necessitates persistent follow-ups, objection handling, and discussions about payments.
• A strong sales mindset developed in a collections setting; resilient, assertive, and comfortable managing objections.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling collections, billing, or claims follow-ups with homeowners or insurance carriers is advantageous.
• Experience in the roofing industry is highly desirable.
• Capability to interpret complex documents, including Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), adjuster estimates, and summaries of insurance policies.
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in data entry and document management.
• Proven track record with high-volume outbound calls and account follow-ups.
• A solid understanding of billing cycles and escalation processes.
• Bonus: familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, or insurance supplementing.
• Ability to consistently make 60–80 outbound calls each day.
• Performs well under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Basic requirements: Must be proficient in spoken and written English with clarity.
• Must have relevant work experience.
• Must be able to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding [mandatory].
• Must be available for video meetings with camera on (when required).
• Technical requirements: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
• Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
