Payer Program Performance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our performance relative to client contracts, identify performance obstacles, and create action plans to achieve performance objectives.

• Work together with various teams within the organization to implement performance action plans.

• Act as a specialist on performance challenges affecting assigned clients.

• Partner with account management teams to enhance their discussions with clients.

• Liaise with the finance department to relay anticipated performance outcomes.

• Aid in contract negotiations by collaborating with sales teams regarding performance viability.

• Minimum work experience required: 2 years in the healthcare sector.

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
