This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications with patients, physicians, and physician advocates in a professional manner while adhering to program guidelines.
• Accurately input eligibility documentation and other relevant information into the system.
• Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation of all applications, mailers, orders, enrollment forms, and new patient records.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all inquiries within the system.
• Perform specialized functions for each program efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Assist department lead/supervisor in mentoring other employees and addressing queries.
• Review and interpret program materials to ascertain enrollment criteria; clarify necessary requirements to callers or other team members.
• Make outbound calls to resolve any issues related to program guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to cover peak periods.
• Capability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, learn swiftly, maintain accurate information, and follow directions effectively.
• Ability to adjust to new situations that may arise due to changes in the program.
