This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Professionally and confidently address incoming patient calls
• Conduct outbound calls for necessary follow-ups
• Respond to patient queries through email
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently
• Accurately verify and update patient information
• Clarify scheduling requirements and provide appointment preparation instructions
• Communicate effectively and professionally with both patients and internal teams
• Navigate various systems while accurately documenting interactions
• Ensure an outstanding patient experience with each interaction
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication and active listening abilities
• Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor
• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously
• Must be reliable, accountable, and punctual
• Weekly payments in arrears
• Two weeks of compensated product training
• One week of nesting with coaching support
