Patient Onboarding Associate – Call Center

📋 Description

• Oversee the registration, scheduling, and rescheduling activities for both new and existing patients.

• Maintain accurate record management by collecting and conveying essential patient information, including identification, patient history, insurance details, missed appointment policies, therapist arrival guidelines, and intake forms.

• Receive, assess, and manage phone calls from healthcare providers.

• Proactively initiate outbound calls and send emails to potential patient leads.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of Office Administration experience is required.

• Exhibits a high level of customer service and strong interpersonal communication abilities.

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a call/contact center or similar high call volume environment.

• Proficient in Google Suite applications.

• Extremely detail-oriented.

• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work setting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Availability to work both weekend days is essential.

• Candidates must possess reliable, high-speed internet to fulfill the responsibilities of this remote position. A backup internet solution is also required to ensure continuous connectivity in case of outages.

• Although this is a remote opportunity, we are currently only hiring in select U.S. states due to employment and tax regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot hire in all states at this time.

• For Tennessee residents only: To qualify for a fully remote position, candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from our Nashville office.
