This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee patient data and collaborate with a supervising physician on the clinical side.
• Review foot images and weight data gathered by the Empo Footprint.
• Report critical findings to physicians and/or patients as required.
• Perform regular patient check-ins and send adherence reminders.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation is completed for each check-in.
• Offer additional outreach to patients who have inquiries or face issues.
• Address questions from patients and allocate them to other members of the Empo team as necessary.
• Engage with patients' physicians.
• Must be accredited as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must have experience working with diabetic patients.
• Capable of quickly learning new clinical protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and healthcare providers.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
• Passionate about enhancing access to high-quality healthcare.
• Proficient in using various digital tools and software beyond Microsoft Office.
• Interested in learning new technologies.
• Must possess a compact license.
• Experience with diabetic foot complications is required.
• Familiarity with remote patient monitoring or telehealth is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively in other languages, both verbally and in writing.
• Clinical research / GCP experience is a plus.
