This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee patient information and collaborate with a supervising podiatrist.
• Perform regular patient check-ins and send reminders.
• Reach out to patients who have inquiries or changes in their health status.
• Address patient questions and assign tasks to team members as needed.
• Engage with customer podiatrists.
• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Should have experience working with diabetic patients.
• Ability to quickly learn new clinical protocols.
• Strong communication skills with both patients and healthcare providers.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passionate about enhancing access to high-quality healthcare.
• Proficient in various digital tools and software beyond Microsoft Office.
• Interested in acquiring knowledge about new technologies.
• Must possess a compact license.
• Experience in managing diabetic foot complications is required.
• Familiarity with remote patient monitoring or telehealth practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in other languages, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in clinical research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is preferred.
